１９７９.４ 　　　 　Started to work for the Kunitachi city office (local government)
１９８３.３ 　　　 　Got injured(3,4 of cervical cord) and was affected both arms and legs etc.
１９８３～８４.９ 　 Rehabilitation in the hospital
１９８４～８６.６ 　 Rehabilitation in the national rihabilitation center for the severe PWD
１９８６.６ 　　　　 Moved to Kunitachi city (30 minutes from the center of Tokyo)
１９８６.６ 　　　　 Restarted to work
１９８９.５          Left the office
１９９０             Study in Australia
１９９１             Study in USA (The Duskin program)
１９９５             Set up the CIL Kunitachi
２００３             Set up the organization (supply the personal attendant service)
２００４             Reformed the new company
